Air filter application and filtration range

1. Primary efficiency filter

Primary efficiency filter is mainly used for purifying the fresh air inlet of the air conditioning system as a pre-filter to trap large particle size in the atmosphere. The filtration objects are suspended particulates larger than 5μm, settling particulates larger than 10μm and various foreign bodies to prevent them from entering the system. The filter media is generally sprayed rubber cotton, polyester non-woven fabric, polypropylene fiber. The filtration efficiency is based on the filtration of ≥5μm particles.

2. Medium efficiency filter

Since the primary efficiency filter in front of it intercepts large particle size particles, medium efficiency filter can also be used as the final filter of the general air conditioning system and the pre-filter of the purified air conditioning system and the HEPA filter. The filter media is generally polyester non-woven fabric, polypropylene fiber, glass fiber.

Medium efficiency filter is mainly used for the interception of 1-10 μm suspended particles, and the efficiency is based on the filtration of ≥1μm particles.

3. High and medium efficiency filter

Can be used as a general purification level of the system end filter, can also be used as a HEPA filter intermediate filter. The filter media is generally polyester non-woven fabric, polypropylene fiber, glass fiber.

It is mainly used for trapping 1-5 μm particles, and the efficiency is determined by filtering ≥1μm particles.

4. HEPA filter (Ultra HEPA filter)

It is mainly the end filter of the clean room to ensure that all levels of cleanliness are achieved.

Its efficiency is based on filtering ≥0.5μm particles. The filter media is generally ultrafine glass fiber.
