High Temperature Heat Resistant HEPA Air Filter

High temperature filter is mainly made of high quality and high performance high temperature resistant ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as filter medium, aluminum foil corrugated sheet as spacer, SUS304 stainless steel plate as frame, sealed with high temperature sealant assembly. HEPA filter high temperature is characterized by high filtration efficiency, low resistance and good high temperature resistance. High temp HEPA filter is mainly used for equipment and systems requiring high temperature air purification such as ultra-clean ovens.

High temperature air filters limit size: width ≤1220mm, length ≥1220mm, thickness 50~300mm. The corrugated bulkhead accurately maintains the fold spacing and maximizes the use of the filter material with minimal resistance. The filter material has 180 folds on both sides to form a wedge-shaped fold, and the filter media has two indentations when bending, so that it opens into a wedge-shaped box fold at the end of the partition, and the wedge-shaped box fold can prevent the filter material from being damaged.
