Leak detection test - To ensure that there are no leaks on the high-efficiency HEPA filter, it must be scanned for testing. Cleanroom HEPA filters that have passed the total leakage test may still have some leakage points, which can be found by scanning the test, and these leak points can be repaired before leaving the factory, using a versatile ethanol aerosol that does not remain on the high-efficiency filter media to test.

Wedge fold design to prevent filter material high-efficiency filter media damage

PuriCel I box type with baffle high-efficiency HEPA filter, HEPA filter media double fold, filter material bending two indentations can make the HEPA filter media at the end of the diaphragm to form a wedge box fold, thereby preventing filter material damage, extend the cleanroom HEPA filter life. The corrugated aluminum baffle keeps the distance between the pleats precisely, and the edge of the baffle is rolled to prevent damage to the filter material and maximize the use of the HEPA filter media with minimal resistance.

The polyurethane glue completely seals the filter material in the frame, penetrates into the HEPA filter media to prevent the gap, and completely seals the filter material edge and partition and other channels that may occur side leakage.
