Clean Room Laminar Flow Hood
The laminar flow hood is one of the devices that can isolate the operator from the product shield, and its main purpose is to avoid product contamination. The air drawn from the clean room is then filtered vertically through the operating area using a fan mounted in the top pressurized compartment through the HEPA, providing ISO 5 (Class 100) unidirectional air flow to the critical area. Exhaust gases are discharged from below and returned to the cleanroom area. Laminar flow hood is mainly composed of box, fan, HEPA filter, damping layer, lamps and so on.
Working principle
The clean laminar flow hood is to form a flow leveling layer after the air passes through the HEPA filter at a certain wind speed, so that the clean air is a vertical one-way flow, so as to ensure that the high cleanliness of the working area meets the process requirements.
Application
The cleanroom laminar flow has two kinds of fan internal installation and fan external connection, and the installation method has two kinds of hanging and landing support.
Cleanliness: ≥0.5μm particle size of dust in the working area ≤3.5 pieces/liter (FS 209E class 100)
Noise: ≤65 dB(A)
Average wind speed: 0.36 ~ 0.54m/s
Compared with the clean room, the clean laminar flow hood has the advantages of saving investment, fast effect, low requirements for plant construction, easy installation, power saving, etc., and is widely used in precision machinery, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, fine chemicals and other departments.
Characteristics
① Can be used alone or in combination.
② Compared with civil or assembled class 100 clean rooms, it has less investment, quick effect, easy installation and low operating costs.
③ The material of the box is made of color steel plate, high-quality steel plate and stainless steel plate for users to choose.
