The bag-in-bag-out (BIBO) filter housing adopts fully enclosed bag-in-bag-out design, which can effectively isolate the contamination of radioactive gases, pathogens and toxic chemicals, and provide a safe and reliable environment for users. BIBO filter housing can effectively prevent secondary air pollution and ensure the safety of operators.

Single or multi-filtration system design of BIBO filter housing: The single-filtration system has only a HEPA filter; while the multi-filtration system can add the primary/medium-efficiency filtration section, chemical filtration section, activated carbon filtration section, and double high-efficiency filtration section.
The product adopts modular design, with compact structure and easy transportation. By using stacked installation method, it can meet the requirements of large volume air filtration. Up to 3 layers can be stacked, thus effectively saving space.
The cabinet is sturdy and has strong pressure resistance. It is made of 304# stainless steel or high-quality cold-rolled steel (electrostatic spraying), with the maximum resistance pressure of 2500Pa positive pressure and 3000Pa negative pressure.
The filter is easy and reliable to replace, and is pressed in a fast-pressing way to reduce the steps such as screwing bolts, which makes it easy to operate inside the bag and ensures the reliability of pressing. An auxiliary moving device is equipped for easy filter replacement.
The filter is optional. By choosing high air volume or PTFE high-strength filter, it is impact-resistant can prevent filter breakage. The maximum air volume of the box filter can reach 4000CMH, and the highest efficiency of PTFE can reach U16 (EN1822).
The standard installation of the BIBO filter housing is horizontal. Vertical installation or other mounting methods can be customized.
