The cell therapy isolation workstation is also composed of a pass box and an operation chamber. The pass box is equivalent to a small isolator that achieves Class A cleanliness within two minutes of power-up. with a dust particle counter and airborne microbe collector continuously monitoring environmental cleanliness. After reaching class A cleanliness, the pass box door opens and the samples and reagents are transferred to the operation chamber via motorized trays, where the whole process of cell production is completed with the built-in CO2 incubator. microscope, centrifuge, cell counter, and other instruments. The whole process is monitored and managed through SCADA system to ensure traceability.
