Cold Evaporation Low Temperature VHP Pass Box

Although the traditional vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) pass box has the advantages of low temperature transmission, sterilization effect reaching 6-log kill rate, good material compatibility, easy decomposition, no harmful residue, and final decomposition into water and oxygen, there are still major shortcomings:

1. the sterilization cycle of the VHP pass box is still too long, generally 1.5 hours for small cabins, about 3 hours for large cabins, and the time cost is too expensive.

2. The VHP pass box changes 30% hydrogen peroxide into hydrogen peroxide gas through high temperature flash. During the entire sterilization process, the temperature of the pass box will rise by 5℃-15℃, which is not suitable for the transfer of biological products.

3. the use of 30% hydrogen peroxide solution, which is a dangerous chemical, flammable and explosive, and the purchase of transportation and storage need to go to the local department for record.

In order to solve these problems of VHP pass box, the new cold evaporation hydrogen peroxide pass box independently developed by our company, through cold evaporation technology, the 7% concentration of hydrogen peroxide sporicide from liquid phase to gas phase, not only inherits all the advantages of VHP pass box, but also reduces the sterilization cycle of hydrogen peroxide pass box to less than 45 minutes, and the residue will be less than 1PPM. The whole sterilization process is carried out at room temperature without heating.
