Static pass box

The pass box is the most effective device to prevent pollution. It is characterized by double-door interlocking. It is mainly used for the transfer of small objects between clean rooms and non-clean areas or between clean rooms of different levels and pressures. It effectively reduces the number of times staff have to transport items to the clean room and prevents external air from polluting the clean room. Ordinary pass boxes are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, biological laboratories, electronics industry, food processing industry, and other places that require air purification.

The pass box is installed on the partition wall between the clean room and the non-clean room. The installation environment: temperature is 15-35, humidity is 40%RH-70%RH.

Mechanical interlocking pass box

Description: The pass box can be made of stainless steel and cold-rolled plate, the inner tank is made of stainless steel plate 304/201, the door is made of visual glass, and the double-door mechanical interlocking function prevents the double doors from being opened at the same time. An ultraviolet sterilization lamp can be configured inside to sterilize the pass box. Operation steps: 1. Put the two doors of the pass box in the closed state and turn on the power. 2. Open door A and put the items into the pass box (the pass box is equipped with a double-door interlocking function. When door A is opened, door B is locked and cannot be opened), close door A, turn on the sterilization lamp switch, and the sterilization lamp will light up. 3. After sterilization is completed, turn off the sterilization lamp switch, open door B, take the items out of the pass box, and close door B. 4. Use it according to the above steps in a cycle, and turn off the power when not in use.

Electronic interlocking pass box

Description: The pass box and liner are made of 304 stainless steel plate, the door is made of transparent glass, and the internal corners are designed with arcs, which makes it easy to clean dust. The door uses visual double-layer glass, and the double-door magnetic interlocking function prevents the double doors from being opened at the same time. The internal ultraviolet sterilization lamp is equipped to sterilize the pass box. Operation steps:

1.    The two doors of the pass box are closed and the power is turned on.

2. Open door A and put the items into the pass box (the pass box is equipped with a double-door interlocking function. When door A is opened, door B is locked and cannot be opened), close door A, turn on the sterilization lamp switch, and the sterilization lamp will light up.

3. After sterilization, turn off the sterilization lamp switch, open door B, take the items out of the pass box, and close door B.

4. Use it according to the above steps and turn off the power when not in use.

Electromagnetic interlocking pass box

Description: Power: press once to turn on, press once to turn off Light on: press once to turn on, press once to turn off Door open: press once to unlock

Operation steps: 1. The two doors of the pass box are closed, and the 220V/50HZ power supply is connected. Press the "Power" button on the panel to put the system in working state. At this time, the power indicator and the door opening indicator light up. 2. Press the "Unlock" button on the panel at the A end. At this time, the door lock at the A end is opened. Open the A door, and the door opening indicator light goes out, indicating that the system has entered the working state. The system no longer responds to any key input (that is, the B door interlock cannot be opened). Put the goods into the transfer window and close the A door. 3. Press the "Germicidal Lamp" button on the panel at the A end to turn on the germicidal lamp. After the sterilization is completed, press the "Germicidal Lamp" button again to turn off the germicidal lamp. 4. Press the "Unlock" button on the panel at the B end. At this time, the door lock at the B end is unlocked, and the B end door can be opened (if the door is not opened, the buzzer will alarm after a few seconds), take out the goods, close the B door, and repeat the operation to pass the items. 5. When not in use, press the "Power" button to turn off the power, the system indicator light will exit the working state, and all system indicator lights will not light up.

Precautions

1. Please install the power supply strictly in accordance with the voltage requirements of the pass box to avoid burning the circuit board of the pass box.

2. The pass box is interlocked. When one door cannot be opened smoothly, it is because the door on the other side is not closed properly. Do not force it to open, otherwise the interlocking device will be damaged.

3. When the interlocking device of the pass box cannot work properly, it should be repaired in time, otherwise it cannot be used.

4. It is forbidden to push the glass by hand to avoid injury after the glass breaks.

5. When the material is from a low level to a higher clean level, the surface of the material should be cleaned.

6. Since the ultraviolet rays in the germicidal lamp can penetrate cells and cause them to die, when using ultraviolet rays for disinfection, be careful not to directly irradiate human skin, especially human eyes. Do not look directly at the lamp tube when the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is on. Since short-wave ultraviolet rays cannot penetrate ordinary glass, wearing glasses can avoid eye damage. If you accidentally injure your eyes, it is generally not a big deal, just like being burned by sunlight. In severe cases, you can use eye drops or human milk to help recover.

7. Do not use chemical solvents such as thinner to clean stainless steel.
