Standard Operating Procedure for Clean Room Clearing and Cleaning

A clean room is a special environment that requires high air quality, dust-free, bacteria-free, and micro-organisms. In order to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the clean room, regular cleaning is very important. The following is the clean room cleaning service plan:

I. Cleaning personnel requirements:

A. Have basic cleaning knowledge and skills, and have received appropriate training;

B. In good health, free from infectious and allergic diseases;

C. Understand the special requirements of clean rooms, and be able to use clean room cleaning equipment and tools correctly;

D. Comply with the operating procedures of the clean room, and strictly implement the corresponding cleaning process;

E. Receive regular health check-ups and report relevant abnormalities in a timely manner.

II. Cleaning equipment and tools:

A. Air purification equipment, such as high efficiency filters, air disinfectors, etc., used to ensure the purification of clean room air;

B. Special vacuum cleaner, can effectively remove the ground and equipment surface dust;

C. Non-woven wiping cloth and clean room mop, used to wipe the floor and wall;

D. Dust collector, used to remove particles and bacteria in the air.

Note: The tool materials used should not be broken, rusted, shed, easy to clean, resistant to organic solvents, soft, good water absorption and not easy to mold. The common cleaning water is pure water.

III. Cleaning process:

Clean from top to bottom in the order of ABCDE.

A: Cleaning of floor panels and ceiling beams

Clean the dust with a dust-free cloth

Clean the beams and ceiling bolts with pure water dust-free cloth, and wipe the places out of reach with a mop of pure water more than once.

Key points: Bring the bucket with pure water to the ceiling, dry it with a dust-free cloth, and do not leave traces on the beam

B: Cleaning the equipment and machinery on the floor bearing board and ceiling

Tear off all the protective film and clean up the dust with a dust-free cloth

Clean the distribution pipe, pipeline, cable bridge and other places that cannot be reached by hand with a pure water dust-free cloth. Wipe at least once with pure water with a mop.

Key points: Bring the bucket with pure water to the ceiling, wet it with a dust-free cloth, and then dry it and scrub it on the pipe without leaving traces.

C: Floor and ceiling cleaning

: Pick up garbage, mop floor panels and ceiling with pure water wipe the bucket containing pure water to the ceiling, wet with a dust-free cloth, dry and scrub the ceiling without leaving traces

D: Cleaning of equipment and machinery under the floor bearing plate and ceiling

: The protective film is completely removed, and the part touched by the electrical machine is wiped with a dry dust-free cloth

Other distribution pipes, pipelines, Bridges, etc. are wiped and cleaned with pure water

E: Floor cleaning

The order of operation is to tear off the protective film pick up the garbage with a cleaning machine, clean with a dust-free mop wipe with pure water to clean the floor (strong stains with spray) dry

The column valve is wiped with water, and the aluminum honeycomb plate on the wall is cleaned by wiping.

Note: Be sure to separate the work area from the cleaning area

IV. Safety measures:

A. Cleaning personnel should wear special work clothes and work shoes in the clean room;

B. Clean your body before entering the clean room, including washing hands and wearing a mask;

C. Cleaning personnel should always pay attention to their own hygiene and reduce the pollution of the clean room environment;

D. Comply with clean room related safety regulations, such as no smoking, drink, etc.

V. Regular inspection:

A. Clean room cleaning management personnel regularly inspect and evaluate the cleaning work to ensure the quality of cleaning work;

B. Conduct regular training for cleaning personnel to improve their cleaning skills and knowledge;

C. According to the actual situation, the cleaning program is adjusted and improved to meet the requirements of clean rooms.
